Pastor Shada, also known as Psalmist S Melody, is a gospel independent recording artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur who is deeply filled with the Holy Ghost. She serves as the Pastor of Kingdom Connect Ministry ATL under the guidance of Apostle Laleta Underwood. Her musical journey began at a remarkably young age, singing from the tender age of 2, and leading praise and worship at just 15 years old.
At 16, she embarked on an R&B career under the name "Daysha," but her path took an unforeseen turn as God revealed a distinct plan and purpose for her life. In 2017, her journey led her to a profound exploration of God's word, where she unearthed the true essence of worship. Beyond mere singing, worship became a steadfast and devoted way of life, an embodiment of daily devotion to God.
The emergence of the Psalmist within her occurred in 2019, during a transformative "Heal and Delivered" conference. As she sang, the atmosphere shifted, and a profound sense of purification and deliverance swept through the worship experience. Through her music, Psalmist S Melody possesses the unique ability to create atmospheres and portals, enabling genuine deliverance to unfold. Her presence ushers in the Holy Spirit, offering a palpable encounter with the divine.
In 2020, she unveiled her inaugural single, "We Worship You in This Place," a heartfelt expression of devotion. The following year, she graced the world with her second single, "Keep Going," a song penned by Psalmist S Melody herself. Her lyrics are unmistakably guided by the Holy Spirit, each song meticulously crafted to illustrate the boundless facets of God's nature. These harmonies serve as a reminder that Jesus is the way to truth and life, and without Him we have no hope or future.
